1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in training services provided by GeoInsight Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or attending any of our training programs, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the registration or use of our services.

2. Customizable Training Requests

We offer fully customizable training programs, allowing clients to tailor the course content to meet their specific needs. The scope, duration, format (online or in-person), and subject matter will be determined based on mutual agreement between GeoInsight Enterprises and the client.

• Client Input: Clients are encouraged to provide detailed information on their training needs. Any customization beyond the initial agreement may incur additional costs and extend the timeline for delivery.
• Approval Process: Once the client’s customization request is received, GeoInsight Enterprises will review it and provide a proposed training outline and quote for approval.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for our training services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for our services.
• Comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The pricing of training services will be provided in a quote based on the client’s customization requests.
• Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure enrollment, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the training begins.
• Methods of Payment: We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and online payment platforms. Specific details will be provided upon registration.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the service. GeoInsight Enterprises reserves the right to withhold access to training materials until payment is fully received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their training request up to 7 days before the start of the program and receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. If canceled within 7 days of the program start, the deposit is non-refundable.
• GeoInsight Cancellation: In the rare event that we cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the training.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including slides, notes, and any proprietary content provided during the course, are owned by GeoInsight Enterprises or its partners. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any of the training materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from GeoInsight Enterprises.

7. Confidentiality

Any information shared during the course that is marked as confidential or proprietary must not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than attending the training. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Training Results: While we strive to provide high-quality training that meets your needs, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in our programs.
• Indirect Damages: GeoInsight Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of our services.
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you in connection with the training services is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

9. Force Majeure

GeoInsight Enterprises will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labor strikes, or technical failures.

10. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to behave in a professional and respectful manner during training. GeoInsight Enterprises reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

11. Modification of Terms

GeoInsight Enterprises reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
